As founder of StaffMed Solutions, Vladimir Aizikov saw an opportunity to grow his home care agency business and offer “on demand” home care services to private clients across Ontario.

With an established brand and network of caregivers in Ottawa, Vladimir started researching mobile on-demand platforms and selected GrowthClick to deliver a branded StaffMed HomeCare platform.

We delivered the mobile app solution including

  • Easy web-based access for clients and caregivers using iPhone, Android, and desktop computers.
  • Clients can easily view and hire local caregivers on a map, or send a request to qualified, nearby caregivers with alerts through SMS messaging.
  • Providers can create their own profile page, respond to incoming requests, and track their service hours (for billing purposes) for each client.
  • Administration tool to manage client requests, users, and billing operations. • Flexible payment options including secure Stripe ecommerce and manual invoicing for large clients.
